We’re excited to welcome the talented team from IIWII, who will be pouring three exceptional, handcrafted wines. Meanwhile, our team will select wines from the same category to highlight how different winemakers can craft unique stories from the very same base ingredients.

Tastings are just $44 for 6 wines (inclusive of taxes), with extra glasses and bottles available for purchase.

About IIWII Wines

IIWII Wines (pronounced “I‑I‑W‑I‑I” – short for “It Is What It Is”) is a boutique winery rooted in the heart of Paso Robles, California. Their philosophy is simple: create wines that are honest expressions of place, varietal, and winemaking craftsmanship.

Founded in 2022, IIWII is the brainchild of Phil LaMontagne (a local with deep Paso ties and a summa cum laude Cal Poly Vet & Vit grad) and Cyril Pujadas (a French-born sommelier-turned-winemaker). Together they pooled their experience and passion, sourcing fruit from favorite blocks in the region to develop expressive, terroir-driven wines.
