Guided Wine Blending Workshop

Duration: 1.5-2 hours
Experience: Roll up your sleeves and become a winemaker for the day! Our expert instructor guides you through hands-on blending, letting you taste, experiment, and craft your very own signature wine.

What you’ll do:

• Taste three distinct single-varietal wines

• Craft your own custom blend to take home

• Learn the art and science of blending (It’s chemistry with wine for adults!)

Who it’s for:

• EVERYONE! Beginners or seasoned wine lovers

Booking Info:

• By appointment (walk-ins welcome if space is available - We recommend reaching out in advance!)

• Red wines by default; select white when booking if preferred. White and red wine tickets must be booked separately.

• Each ticket is for one person and includes all wines tasted during the workshop plus a bottle of your personal blend to take home.

Important Details:

• Arrive 10 minutes early; workshops start on time

• Arrivals over 15-20 minutes late disrupt the experience for other guests. Please be respectful and be on time or you may need to rebook (rebooking fee applies).

• Group bookings: reserve all spots together; private groups 10+ email us at info@thewineblendinglab.com

• Reschedule fee: $25 (<7 days notice)

• No-shows must purchase a new ticket

Want to blend more wine after a workshop? Not a workshop person but still want to craft your own bottle? OPEN LAB is for you!

What it is:

• Self-guided blending: Light introduction provided, but not an instructor-led workshop. Perfect for previous workshop attendees or confident wine self-starters!

• Make your own wine: Yes, you’ll create a personalized blend.

What it’s not:

• A full workshop. Open Lab is shorter and more flexible, so you get less wine and no hands-on instruction.

Details:

• Appointments encouraged (so we can prep for your chemistry session!)

• Price includes tasting/blending wine + one 375ml bottle of your blend to take home
